Thank you for shopping with ElevEn. We are committed to processing and shipping your order with care.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
During book launches, product releases, special promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, delivery location, package weight, and carrier rates.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ElevEn is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, or other shipping interruptions outside of our control.
Preorders
If a product is listed as a preorder, your order will ship once the product becomes available. The expected shipping timeframe will be listed on the product page when applicable.
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, they may ship together once the preorder item is available unless otherwise stated.
Book Orders
Books, workbooks, journals, notebooks, and printed materials are carefully packaged before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, all book and printed product sales are final, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or the wrong item is received.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after the label has been created.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
ElevEn is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ElevEn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. We also recommend checking with neighbors, your building office, or your local post office.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
-Your order number
-A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
-A photo of the packaging, if applicable
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
