Return & Refund Policy

At ElevEn, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from our store. Because our primary product is a book and printed materials, all sales are final once an order is placed.

No Returns on Books

All book purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes paperback books, companion workbooks, journals, notebooks, and other printed materials.

Because books and printed products can be easily handled, used, marked, copied, or damaged after delivery, we do not accept returns once an order has been fulfilled.

ElevEn materials are created for personal use and are protected intellectual property. The ElevEn book states that it is licensed for personal use only and may not be reproduced, transmitted, stored, or distributed without permission, except as permitted by U.S. copyright law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will gladly review issues involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if:

-Your item arrived damaged.

-You received the wrong item.

-Your order is missing an item.

To help us review your request, please include:

-Your order number

-A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

-A photo of the packaging, if the package was damaged

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, change of mind, duplicate purchases, or failure to read the product description before ordering.

If a refund is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund.

Digital Products, Downloads, Workshops, and Courses

Digital products, downloads, online workshops, courses, coaching sessions, and virtual experiences are also non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the specific product or registration page.

Access to digital or educational content begins once the purchase is completed, so all sales are final.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
